5.2 ap999 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Allied Bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. ap999 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. ap999 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any identity verification requirements.
5.4 ap999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. ap999 will communicate any outstanding verification requirements promptly and will not unreasonably delay processing once verification is complete.
5.5 ap999 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, banking system interruptions or public holiday-related bank closures in Pakistan.
6.1 All bets placed and games played on ap999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are available within the relevant game or betting market on the ap999 platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product.

13.1 Players may close their ap999 account at any time by contacting ap999 support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
